About

Klar + umi.

“Klar” is German for clear. “Umi” is Austrian dialect for “over to the other side”: from trying things out to a reliable way of working. Our work happens in between.

How it started

From “do this for me” to “set it up so we can do it ourselves”.

Klarumi grew out of projects in which we created reports, presentations and websites for business owners. At some point the question changed. Instead of “Create this result for me” it became: “Set up the process so we can repeat it internally.”

That is exactly what we do today: turn recurring work into AI-supported workflows, set up, tested, documented and usable by your own team. The client's independence is part of the result.

Behind Klarumi is Moises Graniel in Nenzing, Vorarlberg. Photography, film and web have been part of the work for years and remain part of the offer as separate services.

Kiara

A name for the assistant we set up for you.

Kiara is not a product you download. Kiara is the name of the AI assistant we set up in your company and that works by your rules: your tone, your limits, your approvals. A name helps the team talk about the work: “Let Kiara prepare that.”

Kiara works differently for every client, because every company thinks differently. The technology behind it depends on your process. We prefer what you already have.

  • DoesDrafts, summaries, filling templates, combining data.
  • Does notDecide, approve, send. That stays with a person.
  • NeedsYour knowledge and your rules. Without a foundation an AI guesses; with one it works like your company.

What we stick to

Three rules.

First the brain, then arms and legs.

We automate nothing before the rules are clear enough. Otherwise an unclear process just becomes unclear faster.

We do not ask everything. We ask the right things.

Whatever we can research ourselves or derive from documents, we take off your hands. Decisions stay with you.

The foundation belongs to you.

You should stay with us because it is worth it, not because you are locked in. Documentation, access, knowledge: yours.
